We've started building the tools we keep recommending
AgerTechAI Studio is the building side of AgerTechAI — where we, with our partners, make the Compliance Stack: small, focused AI tools for specific Norwegian legal duties. Here's what we're building, and the honest status of each.

In consulting, the same problem comes up over and over.
A daglig leder at a 40-person company asks how to handle the Transparency Act. A few weeks later, someone else asks about their equality-reporting duty. The month after, it's the EU's new AI Act sitting in the inbox. Different companies, the same kind of question — and each time, it gets answered from scratch.
Before long it was clear there had to be a better way than answering one company at a time.
That thought became AgerTechAI Studio.
The consulting side of AgerTechAI does what it always has: helps companies work out where AI fits, and where it doesn't — one at a time. Studio is the building side. It's where we, together with our partners, make the tools that answer the same question for many, once, properly.
The tools share a starting point. Not general AI, not a chatbot that knows a little about everything. One concrete legal duty a Norwegian SMB actually has to deal with — and that's boring enough that most people put it off. We call the collection the Compliance Stack.
Here's the honest status, because none of it is fully launched yet:
- Aktsom — due-diligence assessment and a board-approved report under the Transparency Act (åpenhetsloven). In pilot now.
- HR-Kompis — answers on employment law and HR for daglige ledere, without calling a lawyer for every question. Ready for pilot.
- Råd-Kompis — an advisory copilot for accounting firms that pulls the numbers from the accounting system and drafts the monthly client report. Pilot starting within days.
- ARP-Kompis — the activity and reporting duty under the Equality Act (§26 and §26a). Coming.
- AI Act-Kompis — the EU AI Act (KI-loven) for SMBs that use AI without building it themselves. Coming.
Some are in pilot, one is just around the corner, two are still on the drawing board. We're saying that on purpose.
We've seen enough software sold as finished long before it was. A tool meant to help you meet a legal obligation can't afford to lose that trust. It has to be right before it's impressive.
So we build in pilot, with real companies, and have the legal content checked by a lawyer before anything goes live. It's slower. It's also the only way we'd trust a tool like this ourselves.
If you want to see what's taking shape, it's all gathered at studio.agertechai.no. And if your company is in the middle of one of these duties right now, we'd like to hear from you — the pilots are small on purpose, and there's room for a few more.
